Robert Atyeo developed his singing and songwriting career living and travelling through various parts of North America. A long time favorite at folk festivals. Atyeo's distinctive folk- blues guitar sound and fresh lyrics has gained him a large following. Songs for your face (1993), introduces his folk blues style. Angels on a cliff (1994) moves Atyeo and his band into another gear all together. Heart like a rubber ball (1998) shows a mature artist comfortable with his material. The Friendly Giants on Angels include Tony Qarrington on lead guitar and Willie P. Benett on harmonica and mandolin. Robert's new collection of songs will be titled "Old Tired Spaceship", from what I have heard this is definitely the best music he has written and composed to date. He is presently in the studio. If you are interested in receiving the finished product, please send your contribution to the address below by check or money order.
